ADHD Evaluation
Neuropsychological Approach
ADHD can affect attention, executive functioning, organization, emotional regulation, academic performance, work performance, and relationships.
Our evaluations help distinguish ADHD from other factors that may produce similar concerns, including anxiety, depression, giftedness, autism, learning differences, sleep concerns, and environmental stressors.
Our ADHD Assessments cost $2,730. It can be important to screen for other concerns. An ADHD Assessment with screening for Autism Spectrum Disorder costs $2,890.
Learning Evaluation
Neuropsychological Approach
Learning differences, like dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia, can impact reading, writing, math, organization, and academic performance.
Assessment can help identify specific learning challenges, clarify educational needs, and guide recommendations for intervention, accommodations, and support.
Our Learning Assessments range in cost from $2,965 from a single subject of concern to $3,865 for comprehensive assessments that cover all academic areas in depth. Ask your clinician for specific rates for dyslexia evaluations, dysgraphia evaluations, and dyscalculia evaluations.
School Admissions Testing
Cognitive and/or Academic
School admissions testing helps families better understand a child's cognitive abilities, academic skills, and learning profile while meeting the evaluation requirements for many independent and private schools.
Tests we provide that are often required include:

This assessment provides clear, objective information that supports admissions decisions and helps ensure your child is placed in an environment where they can thrive.
Our School Admissions Assessments range in cost from $500 for cognitive only to $1,000 for cognitive and academic.
Giftedness & Twice-Exceptionality (2e)
Neuropsychological Approach
Giftedness is often more complex than many people realize.
Some gifted individuals thrive academically while others struggle despite strong intellectual abilities. Some may also experience ADHD, autism, anxiety, learning differences, or other challenges that can mask strengths and complicate identification.
Our evaluations help identify giftedness, understand twice-exceptionality, and provide recommendations that support both strengths and challenges.
Our Gifted and Twice-Exceptional Assessments range in cost from $1,575 for Giftedness only to $4,105 for a comprehensive Twice-Exceptional (2e) Assessment.
Mental Health Evaluation
Social Emotional Approach
Mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, mood changes, behavioral challenges, and emotional regulation difficulties, can affect daily functioning, relationships, and overall well-being.
Assessment helps clarify symptoms, identify contributing factors, establish an accurate diagnosis when appropriate, and guide personalized treatment recommendations.
Our comprehensive Mental Health Assessments cost $3,475.

Every evaluation is tailored to the questions being asked and the needs of the individual.
While each assessment is unique, the process often includes:
01. Initial Consultation
We begin by understanding your concerns, goals, history, and the questions you hope the assessment will answer.
02. Information Gathering
This may include interviews (e.g., teacher, parent, family members), questionnaires, records review, school observation, medical history, and collateral information when appropriate.
03. Testing
Testing may involve measures of cognitive functioning, attention, executive functioning, learning, memory, perception, emotional functioning, or other relevant areas.
04. Interpretation
We carefully integrate information from multiple sources to create a comprehensive understanding of strengths, challenges, and contributing factors.
05. Feedback & Recommendations
We review results in a collaborative and understandable way, answer questions, and provide practical recommendations tailored to your specific situation.
We are happy to work closely with your child or teen’s school team to help them understand and implement recommendations as well. Every assessment includes a complimentary school consultation up to 1 hour (in-person or virtual).
More than Diagnoses, Strengths Matter Too

While those concerns are important, understanding strengths is equally valuable.
Strengths often provide critical information about learning styles, problem-solving abilities, relationships, resilience, interests, motivation, and opportunities for growth. The best and most meaningful recommendations are those that leverage strengths to address challenges.

If you’re new to therapy, it’s completely normal to have questions. I’ve answered some of the most common ones below.

Testing can range from 1.5 hours to over 8 hours. The type of evaluation and age of the client can impact how long testing can run.
We’ll work with you to make scheduling feel feasible. -
Interviews and feedback sessions can all be held virtually. However, testing sessions themselves must be completed in person at our office.

Whether it’s for yourself, your teen, or your child, a good night’s sleep, a hearty breakfast, and a stress-free arrival are all helpful! If you’ll be here around lunch time, feel free to bring food from home or stop by one of the many restaurants nearby.
We have snacks, coffee, and water for you at the office! -
We are happy to be listed as an out-of-network provider for your insurance. We can provide billing statements for you to submit for reimbursement.
While we do not offer sliding scale for assessments, we’re happy to work with you to make it work. We can adjust the assessment battery, bill in multiple installments, or come up with another creative way for this to feel accessible. -
